Isa nang ganap na Tropical Depression ang Low Pressure Area (LPA) sa loob ng Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) at tinatawag itong Tropical Depression “Luis”.

Manatiling Handa, Alerto, at ligtas po tayo. Mag-iingat po tayong lahat, mga kababayan.
